This is a hosted reality-show. A couple with many years of marriage find themselves with a lot less energy, and a few more pounds away from their wedding day. They will embark on a journey that will take them back to the emotional state of mind, and the physical shape they had the day they got married. The host will be a guide, a best friend. The couple will work out emotional issues through a counselor, and will train with a health and fitness expert to help them get in shape. At the end of their journey, they will renew their vows, fitting back in the original wedding dress.
